coaching philosophy

Kelty Rome is an accomplished leadership coach and HR professional who finds joy in the pursuit of goal achievement. Kelty pairs her extensive knowledge of organizational systems with expertise in coaching leaders, so that her clients are able to clearly see and bravely act upon their infinite leadership potential.

As a leadership coach based in clinical theory, Kelty looks at the whole human system in which her clients live and work, recognizing that an individual's professional behavior is a complex result of their whole person. Clinical coaching helps individuals integrate the different components of their lives to achieve harmony and balance, driving positive and sustained change in work and life behaviors.

Kelty delights in exploring new places near and far with her family by her side.
